Many local communities in the Midwest offer opportunities to participate in ongoing support groups — Woman Within Circles. These circles are small groups of women which meet on a regular basis to support each other in their personal growth. Click HERE to find out where the open circles in the central region are. These circles are committed to using a structured set of skills for women to learn how to create a safe environment and to effectively support and communicate with each other. Training in these skills can take many forms. Examples are:
- Guided Multi-Week Training — women meet on a regular basis and training is facilitated by experienced Guides.
- Guided Weekend Intensive Training — takes place over one weekend and is led by experienced Guides.
- Self Guided — by group members using a resource such as the “Woman to Woman Midwest Circle Workbook: Building Vibrant Circles” available through Woman to Woman Midwest which provides information needed to lead circle meetings.

Each woman who completes the Woman Within Weekend has an opportunity to continue her work in a circle, an ongoing support group. A circle is a place to be personally witnessed and affirmed as well as supporting other women on their journey.
We offer a two-day guided training that teaches essential skills in leading and participating in your own circle. Some circles ask for the completion of this training before joining.
The Woman Within community offers the upcoming Circle Training:
Date: Saturday, October 18th and Sunday, October 19th from 9am-5pm
