Woman Within Weekend Fee: Registration fee is $750.00 which covers the program, lodging, meals, snacks and materials.

Payment of the $150 non-refundable deposit reserves your place on the Woman Within Weekend for the dates you selected, unless that program is already full. You may pay by check, money order, or credit/debit card through Pay Pal. You may defer payment of the deposit if you’re seeking financial assistance.

Financial assistance is available for each Woman Within Weekend on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply for financial assistance, click here. Registrar Debra Cohen will contact you to discuss financial assistance and payment arrangements.

Confirmation of your registration will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and deposit.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 10 days prior to the weekend, you are entitled to a refund of any money already paid, less the $150 nonrefundable deposit. This deposit may be transferred to another Woman Within Weekend sponsored by Woman to Woman Midwest within one year from the date of cancellation. If you cancel fewer than 10 days before the Weekend, payments received are non-refundable but may be applied to another Woman Within Weekend sponsored by Woman to Woman Midwest within one year from the date of cancellation minus unrecoverable lodging and meal costs charged by the facility.
