Woman Within Central USA, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) federally tax-exempt not-for-profit organization. Contributions are deductible as charitable donations in accordance with IRS regulations. Zelle and Venmo are the preferred ways to receive donations as we don’t incur fees to obtain the contributions.

We recently shared some financial barriers affecting women who want to participate in the Weekend, and our determination to find some solutions. You can view my short video here: https://youtu.be/5hhLYKE7NTg.

We pleased to announce the rollout of our new Bridge the Gap initiative. This will be an intentional, structured way to bring our large Central USA community together to better support women who want to participate in the Woman Within Weekend—whether as participants or staff– and who find it cost prohibitive.

Envision these women as standing on a riverbank, looking wistfully across the water to the opposite bank, which is the Weekend. What they need is a financial “bridge” to get over. This new dedicated fund will be the bridge, and each of you can help build it! Our Central USA region serves nine states, and we need a coordinated way to work on this together.

We are now accepting gifts to this dedicated Bridge the Gap fund via the Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Personal Check. Please include a note that this is for “Bridge the Gap” campaign when you give.
